Please inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies
or damage. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please call or
email us to receive a return number (RMA). Next make sure the following
conditions are met:

1.        RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging.

2.        The returned item, and packaging, is in "brand new" condition.

3.        The packaging is not damaged.

4.        The return package has been postmarked and shipped within the 10
           days.

5.        All items are in original condition with all original labels and tags still
           attached. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

6.        Include the packing slip.

7.        If for an exchange please provide a return shipping postage. (only if
           return is not due to an error from CK-Auctions.com.)
